I am Natalie Weiss, founder of Ledger Clarity. I spent over 20 years in corporate accounting for businesses of various sizes — the last eleven as Controller and HR Director at a multi-million-dollar investment firm, where I managed complex financial operations, built reporting systems, and provided the strategic insight leadership relied on for critical decisions.
In 2019 I started Ledger Clarity because I kept seeing the same gap: growing businesses with real revenue and real ambition, but no financial infrastructure underneath them. They had bookkeepers — but not financial partners. They had reports — but no visibility into profitability. They were running fast, with the dashboard half-lit.
Today I lead a dedicated team of financial professionals serving owners in technology, healthcare, and financial services. I handle strategic advisory, financial analysis, and client relationships personally; my team makes sure your day-to-day runs like clockwork.
